引进市外资金其注册资本在500万元以上，购置土地、新建厂房办工业的按注册资本的5‰予以奖励;引进市外资金收购原工业企业其收购价款在500万元以上，继续办工业的，按收购价款的1‰奖励;引进市外资金购买非工业企业的其它场地新办工业的，其购买价款在500万元以上或注册资本在500万元以上的，按购买价款或注册资本（从高不从低）的3‰予以奖励。引进境外、国外资金的，按即时汇率换算成人民币。该奖励为一次性奖励，投产之后的扩大再生产投资或增加注册资本不予再奖。每个项目资金最高限额不超过30万元。中介人获取奖金后，按有关税法规定，自行承担其应缴纳的个人所得税。

Any intermediary person who introduces foreign investment in industrial projects with a registered capital of over RMB 5 million yuan to purchase land and construct factory buildings, will be awarded 5‰ of the registered capital. Any intermediary person who introduces foreign investment in purchasing former industrial enterprise with the price of over RMB 5 million yuan to go on with the industrial enterprise, will be awarded 1‰ of the purchase price. Any intermediary person who introduces foreign investment in purchasing other land of non-industrial enterprise to build industrial enterprise with the price of over RMB 5 million yuan or a registered capital of over RMB 5 million yuan, will be awarded 3‰ of the purchase price or registered capital. Foreign funds should be calculated with the exchange rate announced by the state foreign currency administration bureau at the day that funds arrive. The reward is a lump-sum one and the extra investment in extended reproduction or increased registered capital won’t be awarded. The maximum reward for each project is RMB 0.3 million yuan. The intermediary persons undertake personal income tax by related taxation policies after they obtain the reward.
